Massage onto dry skin for an intense exfoliation. Massage onto damp skin for a gentler exfoliating treatment. Concentrate on dry spots such as elbows and knees. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry. We recommend applying the scrub using dry hands (to minimize water contamination)- also applying the scrub to dry skin can have added exfoliation benefits. Personally, we scrub down in the shower before turning the water on, making sure the container is shut so water doesn’t sink in.
